Black with a white rose print.. The skirt has a sheer black overlay with white tulle roses and embroidered leaves. Fitted bodice with a scoop neckline and spaghetti straps. The waist is cinched with a wide waistband, and a full A-line skirt. Size: 16. Material: 100% polyester (hand wash per tag). Good used condition. The tulle underskirt is missing the hem stitching in places along the bottom and there are a couple of areas near and on the inner straps where the white decorative stitching has yellowing that did not come out after a gentle hand wash.
Measurements are approximate and in inches: Shoulder: 12.5 (strap to strap), Chest: 17.75, Waist: 18, Length: 44 (total) 37.5 (without strap)
