Cao Quan Tang is a Chinese Folk master artist. Cao Quan Tang is a self taught artist who began painting when he was fifteen years old. He was a struggling member of the peasant class in the village of Qindu in Southern China. In the mid 1980s, China saw a folk art revival which lead Cao Quan Tang to become an acclaimed artist who achieved top honors at international art exhibitions. One of a kind artwork.
