Early 70's. Luxurious velvet in patchwork with designer 1960's men's kipper ties. Reminescent of late 1800's/early 1900's Victorian era with meticulous embroidery. The construction is a masterpiece in itself. A wearable piece of art that can be handed down as an heirloom with its timeless look, durable fabrics, and workmanship.
